Welcome back the lovely Miss A'ndrea!

Did you miss me? I have been in a summer slump... Upon my return from Lori Foster's Reader and Author Get Together (RAGT) I began training for my new promotion at work (just wrapped up and am loving my new role BTW) and then came all the other day to day monotony... In other words, I got lazy. So what better way to reemerge and get my tushy back into gear than to help another awesome author launch her newest book release!

A'ndrea Wilson stopped by a few months ago so I don't think introductions are necessary (see archives for previous post) so instead, let's get down to the real reason she is here, her newest book: Singles 101!

Singles 101 Synopsis

Final Exam Question #4
Is a singles conference in Sin City a smart way to save souls or a set-up for a scandalous setback?

What happens in Vegas . . . may not stay in Vegas.

The characters you love—and love to hate—return for the fourth installment of the Wife 101 series! The Woods are up to their old tricks again, this time hosting a faith-based singles conference in the last place in the world any single person could stay out of trouble—Las Vegas, Nevada. Enticed by the excitement of the “second city that never sleeps,” Eric and Amber Hayes convince their unmarried friends and family to attend the conference in hopes of resolving the current chaos in their individual lives.

High school principal Tisha Dawson feels bamboozled when her plans for career advancement are blocked by the superintendent’s decision to place her at the worst school in the district. A trip to Las Vegas is just the distraction she needs while debating whether to wage a war against her boss and the county school board or walk away from a 15-year tenure. Nelson Hayes prides himself on being the ultimate ladies’ man. But when the one woman he’s never gotten over suddenly resurfaces in his life, it will take Vegas and a lot of prayer to pick up his broken pieces. Lena Henry is still sulking over her unfulfilled life and ring-less left hand. Not wanting to miss out on the fun, she jumps on the opportunity to experience the high stakes of Vegas, and to finally prove to her ex that he picked the wrong woman to marry.

All night parties, casinos that never close, and access to any adult fantasy one could ever imagine, these unsuspecting singles have only six days to choose between the allure of Sin City and being sinners saved by grace.

Conferences, conventions, and book signings oh my!

Thursday morning can't get here soon enough. Why you ask? Well, I will be heading south to West Chester, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati) for the tenth annual Lori Foster's Reader and Author Get Together or RAGT for short. This year will be my third year in attendance but my very first year as a published author, the first time I will participate in the book signing, the first time I will be apart of discussion panels. Holy shit- fans will want to meet me!!! I think I just hyperventilated... Maybe not.

I've been planning this since last June when RAGT 2013 came to an end because I knew what would happen this year. This year my badge would say "AUTHOR" not "READER" like the previous years. Technically last year I was also an author, but since Illuminated wasn't scheduled to be released until August I attended as a reader. Fast forward twelve months and here were are, less than forty hours to go until I leave to see old friends and make new ones.

In past years I shared a room with my dear friend Mary Quast and I was so sad to hear she wasn't able to come this year and be my roomie again. But change keeps life interesting so I found a new roommate, Morgan, and am super excited to finally meet her in person. Now all that's left to do is pack my suitcases, load my car up with all the swag I ordered for my readers, the baskets I'm raffling off, and my trusty laptop and be on my merry way. OMG I am so freaking excited!

You may be wondering what I decided to give away, hopefully some pretty cool stuff! I had t-shirts made with my book cover on the front, I had two different custom blended soaps made so now you will all know how good my characters smell, and three different baskets one of which will have a Nook e-reader that will all be raffled off! Awesome right? I am hoping that I will win a basket or two (my first year I won four!) and get some great books that I can give away when I get back, after all I love to share!

Catch you all when I get back next week! Happy reading!

Summer lovin'

Each morning I open my windows and my senses are pleasantly overwhelmed. The early morning birds singing are a joy to my ears after a silent winter. Seeing the early light dance on the tree's leaves and glisten off of the still dewy grass pulls me further into a hypnotic trance, drawing me outside. And then there are the scents. Fresh cut grass, sweet honeysuckle, floral lilacs in bloom, and I swear even the sunshine smells wonderful, or maybe it just makes everything smell better. And finally feeling the warm air caress my newly tanned skin makes me want to spend my day poolside with a good book.

A book is as essential as sunscreen is to my summer bag and if you run into me, you can bet you will find me with at least one book in my possession. There is something magical about getting lost in another world, getting carried away in a dram, getting swept up in a new romance, or better yet finding a book that allows you to experience each of these all at once. By now you should know I am an avid paranormal reader. Sure I spend some time with a good dystopian, and even once and a while a nice contemporary or a slutty erotica tale, but what all my favorite reads have in common is at least a touch of romance.

What is it about summer that causes flings to sizzle and as fall approaches those hot rendezvous start to fizzle? Does the heat make us crazy? Or make us lose our inhibitions? You know what- I don't care why, it's fun. Summer flings are long gone for me, but my husband and I started dating in July (12 years ago) and married a year later so maybe I love summer romances because mine turned into the love of my life.

With summer quickly approaching make sure to throw a paperback or two in with your picnic lunch and your beach bag so you too can fall in love all over again. Here are a few of my favorite books (series) you may want to check out over the next few months.

Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr (also in this series: Ink Exchange, Fragile Eternity, Radiant Shadows, and Darkest Mercy)

Need by Carrie Jones (also in this series: Captivate, Entice, and Endure)

Balefire by Cate Tiernan (series all in one collection)

and then of course there is this one- must say it is brilliant... as a part of this blog hop one lucky person who leaves a comment AND either follows me on twitter (@gretch_roberts) or likes my author page on facebook facebook.com/gretchenroberts.author will receive an e-copy of Illuminated to kick off their summer library. (US only)

Madison Sevier, come on down!

When I decided to start blogging it was a complete stranger who happened to be with the same amazing publisher I am with that answered my distress call and walked me through the basics. I have been grateful ever since and tonight I can finally thank her in my own small way by sharing her newest release LONG OVERDUE, RIVER JEWEL RESORT, BOOK 3 , I still owe you a drink, LOL. Please welcome the lovely Miss Madison Sevier while she visits with me.

Maybe we should open with some get to know you Q & A , I for one love learning interesting tid-bits about my favorite authors so hopefully these are some new ones that you all haven't seen before a hundred times...

Q: So Madison, what is your favorite genre to read? To write?

MS: My favorite to read consists of a lot. I love Rom-Com, Cozy Mysteries, Erotic Romance and Paranormal-Erotic Romance. And I enjoy writing all of the same genres.

Q: When did you first know you wanted to write?

MS: I first knew I wanted to write when I was in kindergarten. I wanted to "make the books".

Q: What is the strangest thing to inspire you or your writing?

MS: The strangest thing to ever inspire me was actually a personal thing in my past.

Q: Do you ever include real life events or people in any of your books?

MS: Real people or events? Maybe--but I'll never tell. LOL.

Q: If you could collaborate with any other author, living or dead, who would it be and why?

MS: One person to collaborate with---VC Andrews or Dakota Cassidy. Because their writing has inspired me and filled my mind for years.

Q: Do you have any unique rituals when you are writing?

MS: Rituals--none really. I eat a lot of tiny gummy bears that's about it. I'm pretty easy LOL.

So let's find out more about LONG OVERDUE, RIVER JEWEL RESORT, BOOK 3...

After fifteen years of serving the campus library, a scandal with one of its students leaves Olivia Milan unemployed. When her best friend leaves town for the weekend, Olivia takes the opportunity to head to the River Jewel Resort in search of a new job. However, what she finds when she arrives proves life can be stranger than fiction. Romance author, Matt Osgood, has been in love with the same woman for a very long time, but he knows she’ll never return his feelings. Years of going to the River Jewel Resort have allowed him to live out his every fantasy. Still, he aches for a real emotional connection to the woman he loves. Can the River Jewel Resort make fantasy become a reality for Olivia and Matt? Or will they run in opposite directions when confronted with the truth?

Want to read an excerpt? It's pretty tasty...

“I’ve only been going up there for a few months now, but I’ve seen incredible things.” “Such as?” Olivia shivered as a breeze blew across her back. “You’ll think I’m crazy.” Matt turned away, and took a giant breath. “I could never think you were crazy. You should know me better than that.” He paused a moment and seemed to be gauging his next words carefully. “Olivia, I wish I could explain it to you.” He shook his head. “It’s something you have to see for yourself. All I know is, a lot of miserable people go through those doors and only happy people come back out. Everything people have been saying about it is true.” “Don’t tell me you believe the hype?” Matt shrugged. “I’ve seen things even you wouldn’t believe. I didn’t tell you because I wanted to make sure the stories were true.” “Oh? What kind of stories?” Matt reached for her hand and led her down the cement boat launch that led to the floating dock. After they were seated on the aged, wooden planks, he started trying to verbalize his experiences. “Olivia, that place is magical. That’s the only way I can think of to describe it.” She had never seen such an enthralled look in Matt’s eyes before. There was something new and lively about him when he spoke of the River Jewel Resort. In fact, his eyes reminded her of the hot, summer nights when moonlight would dance across the small waves of the Ohio, glittering like a million floating diamonds. “Well, it must be something special if you, an incredibly talented romance author can’t think of anything better than ‘magical’. I can see it in your eyes. It’s just a resort. I’m sure with the kind of money they charge, they must have one helluva spa and massage salon, but magic? Really? And if everyone is so happy when they leave, why haven’t you found anyone who makes you happy yet?” Matt laughed. “Yeah, the salon is amazing and what makes you think I haven’t found my happiness? I can sit on the gambling boat and have my pick of any available woman. In fact, it’s become my favorite place lately. When I walk on that boat, it’s almost as if they are there to serve me and only me.” “Oh, wow!” Olivia tossed her head back laughing “You, my friend are hot, but I think you might be getting a bit of a big head.” Matt wiggled his eyebrows and nudged her with his elbow. “I know how it sounds, but I’m serious. You have to experience it for yourself.” She ruffled Matt’s already unruly brown hair and looped her arm through his. “I’m glad you’re having a great time, Matt. You deserve it.” “What about you? If anyone needs to find happiness, it’s you. You’ve been alone for too long, Olivia. You have a huge heart, you’re smart, beautiful and kind. Instead of wasting all of that on temporary lovers you should be married to someone fabulous and having lots of smart, beautiful babies. Someone who truly loves you for you.” Olivia knew he meant well, but she just wasn’t ready. Besides, who would want her now? Star of the latest town scandal, plus being officially unemployed, her reputation didn’t exactly scream, “Pick me! I’ll rock your world!” Besides, if she couldn’t find the nerve to tell the man she truly loved that she loved him, what was the point of looking for anyone else? “Sometime.” “You always say that. I love you and I feel it’s my duty to be honest with you. Get over it. Ever since Randy died, you’ve had a wall up and all you’ve done is float from guy to guy, mostly at the library.” “So? They need my help. Besides, I’m good at what I do.” “Sweetheart, it’s time to let go of the past and open up your heart. Make your own happy ending. Every guy out there isn’t worthless. Yes, you’ve met a few assholes, and yes, you’ve been hurt. But I think you do it to yourself. Don’t be angry. I understand, I really do. The pain you’ve been feeling, the emptiness, it means you’re alive. I get it. This bravado you show to the world isn’t a flaw. You’ve had a lot to cope with, but it’s time to find that one in a million soulmate instead of hooking up with people you have no intention of ever loving, for random quickies on campus. Whether you admit it or not, you know I’m right. Now, let’s get you home so you can clean your house. Again.” He rolled his eyes and Matt’s lips slid into that mischievous grin that filled her with a longing to kiss him senseless. They laughed, falling into step with each other as Matt wrapped his arm around her shoulders and Olivia sent up a silent prayer that someday he’d want her by his side forever.

When will I ever learn?

Falling in love is magical. Those first days, weeks, months getting to know someone new. Learning their likes and dislikes, how to go from being two me's to one us, even finding their quirks and flaws somehow cute. Some relationships flourish while others fade and whither leaving "we" to figure out what went wrong and start all over becoming "me"  until they find another someone new. Such is the cycle of love.

But every once in awhile you fall in love with someone new and you're already in love. You don't mean for it to happen, it just does. You can't help it. Sparks fly. You don't stop loving the person you are already involved with and yet the prospect of the new flame isn't extinguished either. You begin to thing, I can have the best of both worlds, I can have my cake and eat it too. And  you know what? You aren't a bad person. You are not a cheater. You have a book boyfriend.

Now, I have an amazing husband. He is smart, strong, sexy, the kind of man who would do any cover justice. (Don't believe me? Check out my facebook page!) A real man. I have no desire to look elsewhere, ever. But. But every once in a while I read a book and with each page turn I find myself falling. Edward. Eric. Louis. Astley. Keenan. Peeta. Damon. And on and on and on. Oh, and I can't forget the ones I've created, Trajen and Declan from Illuminated and my newest creation you will all be falling for soon enough, Bael.

Having the reality and the fantasy is pretty damned amazing I must say. But why do I do it? Falling for others when I'm already happy is safe. No risk of a broken heart or home. No messy divorce, fighting, or pain all while experiencing the fun emotions, the rush of endorphins, every pleasurable sensation that is associated with love. I get to imagine myself in the heroine's place and go through everything she does including each and every aspect of her romantic life. The initial uncertainty of a burgeoning interest, a casual touch- or was it intentional? And then finally, the moment we all wait for with nervous anticipation, holding our breaths, knowing what is coming in the next few sentences. Our hearts skip a beat, our stomachs knot and fill with butterflies, we begin to shake slightly, and our pulses race as we await the big moment. The first of what we hope to be many kisses.

And the only thing better than falling in love with the character someone else created is falling in love with one you have created yourself. When I began describing Declan and Trajen for my first novel it was as if I could craft the perfect guys, my perfect guys. They are opposite in so many ways but both good. I realized I could put every quality I adored in a man or teenager into each of them and add a few flaws to make them real. They both have a bit of my husband, Jamie, in each of them, Declan has Jamie's athleticism, boyish charm, his bravery. Trajen embodies his intelligence, his mannerisms, his loyalty and strength. They both have some of his physical features but neither are totally Jamie, just bits and pieces of the man I love mixed with other traits, attributes, and characteristics that became two impressive book boyfriends that I had to share with the rest of you.

When it was time to come up with a leading man for my newest work in progress I went back to the theoretical drawing board. Inspiration for him came from all over. I began researching men, beautiful men, who would captivate women. Actors, cowboys, models, firefighters, singers, policemen, artists, chefs, athletes, business men, construction workers, soldiers, and everyone in between inspired my newest fantasy. The only thing missing was his name. He had a dark side so any old name wouldn't do. When I found the name Bael I knew it was his. Bael is sexy, gorgeous, mysterious, and when he meets Grayson they bring each other back to life. There's just one problem left to overcome, his past. His darkness. Who isn't drawn to a bad boy? After all, a healthy does of danger is a major turn on, especially when you are completely secure in a marriage where the riskiest thing one might face is having a quickie without the kids catching you.

I don't know why everyone else falls for their book boyfriends but for me it is the same as my husband watching a naughty movie- it fulfills a fantasy, fuels my passions, and keeps inspiration flowing. I cherish the memories of when I first started dating Jamie, of our first kiss, of the first time he told me he loved me. When I think back to those moments I still get a lovely ache in my naughty bits, err the warm fuzzies. Yeah, that's better. Either way, I doubt I will ever have another first kiss, another first date, another first anything but in my books I get to experience it right along with the characters and fall in love with them. For me, that's the next best thing.

Maybe I'm a masochist?

mas·och·ism
ˈmasəˌkizəm,ˈmaz-/
noun
  1. the tendency to derive pleasure, especially sexual gratification, from one's own pain or humiliation.

Okay, so I'm not really a masochist but sometimes I wonder why I (or anyone else for that matter) write considering the cold, cruel world that awaits me and my work. The stories I create are my fifth child and I am terrified one day someone will tell me my baby is ugly. I've considered writing only for myself, not trusting anyone else to sneak a peek ever, but... BUT. There's that pesky big BUT that I can't deny. But I can't keep it to myself. Even though I fear rejection, I crave approval. I desire acceptance. I thrive on success. Who doesn't?

I love writing. while writing this post I tried to remember the very first time I dreamed of writing a book and realized I was so young that I'm not sure but I know it was prior to kindergarten. When I was six or seven I recall wondering if I could be the youngest ever published author but didn't know how to find out. During grade school my mom would often have to hunt her typewriter down. I would write about my emotions, sort of like writing a journal and a story all at the same time. If I got upset, I would write a letter expressing my feelings to whoever had upset me then shred it. I hid behind words. I loved my books and found them to be better friends than most of the people who were supposed to be my real friends. While the other girls I went to school with had aspirations of becoming nurses or ballerinas or mommies, I read voraciously and daydreamed that one day I would see my name on a dust jacket on bookstore shelves. And my dreams didn't stop there. I saw myself doing readings, being asked for my autograph, and flying to New York to sign huge six or seven figure contracts. Not too lofty right?

So I kept reading and wrote here and there all through high school. After graduation I decided college wasn't for me, I was smart enough right? Yeah. So by the time I was twenty I had my first son and was a part-time bartender who'd forgotten about my writing aspirations. I did, however, decide I wasn't smart enough and went back to school. My mom convinced me nursing school was the best direction but my heart wasn't in it. I made it through one year of nursing school before I quit. I struggled to find a new major but continued on in college. Every quarter I took an English/Literature/Writing class for fun and enjoyed writing essays, reports, and term papers when others seemed to dread them. It didn't make sense to me why others had such a hard time.

One quarter my Business Communications Professor made a comment that changed everything. After meeting with him prior to turning in my final report he said eight little words that made my breath catch in my throat. What were those eight magic words? You write almost as well as I do. WHAT?!?!?! A professor gave me this ginormous compliment so casually I had to ask for clarification. No, my ears did not deceive me. I walked out of his office and called my husband, Jamie (who by the way had been telling me this and to get my degree in English for, like, ever) to share my exciting news. He wasn't surprised. he simply said I told you so.

Needless to say I finally did what I should have done all along. I graduated in 2006 with my Associate of Arts with a major in English and a minor in Business Communications. But I still wasn't writing. Then a strange thing happened one day in April of 2009 I was bored and was stressed out so I reverted to my old habit of writing about my feelings. So letter by letter, word by word I typed while I worked out my frustrations and heartaches. I had no idea that those first few paragraphs would turn into pages which became chapters and before I knew it, a novel. Why did I ramble on with all this? To get to my point of course. Now I had a novel on my hands and just in time for my first writers convention. I even managed to convince an agent and a publisher to accept submissions while at that convention. Too bad I had no idea the correct way to edit, revise, or format before submitting my novel to either so of course both rejected me, err, my book.

I knew rejection was going to happen, it still sucked. I didn't do anything with my book again for over a year. It just sat in my laptop. Waiting. Then in June 2012, I got fired from my horrible job and as each day passed, the more depressed I became. I decided my New Year's resolution for 2013 was to submit my book at least three times and started talking to other published authors and did a good, thorough revision (though it still needed a ton of work). In January I submitted to a publisher and the rest is history. Problem solved right? No more worries about rejection right? WRONG! Now that it's out there in the real world I get to troll every website I can find looking for reviews. I hold my breath every single time I look praying there isn't a bad review. I know it's coming. Eventually someone will not like my book, probably a lot of someones, and they will leave a one star rating or worse they will shred my book, picking apart every flaw I may have missed, saying not so nice things about my story, or just plain old mean comments because it wasn't their cup of tea.

No matter how long you've been writing and/or published getting a bad review sucks. Having someone tell you your baby is ugly hurts. Knowing something you've poured your heart and soul into for weeks or months or years may fall short of someone else's expectations doesn't get easier. I was told a long time ago if you are going to be in this business you need to grow thick skin, but I don't really think that it is possible to grow, maybe you just get more accustomed to dealing with the bad. So the point of my insanity this time is to see where I've been and what I'm facing. Maybe authors have to be a bit masochistic or just plain crazy to expose ourselves the way we do. Hell, I don't know. I really hope this gives you an insight to my weirdness and maybe the next time you write a review you remember everything we go through, even if you despised it, even if we are a little twisted, remember we have feelings, too.

Bob is in the house!

Tonight I'm hosting the infamous Bob (Robert Wacaster), be gentle, it's his first time here... This is the man who is responsible for swiftly kicking my ass towards his (and now my) publisher, SCP.

HOW TO SELL A MILLION BOOKS!
I'm guessing the title of this blog post caught your attention? Are you ready to hear the secret? Lean in close now! Aaaaaannnnnnd....

                      There is no secret.

I'm sure that's probably not what you wanted to read. Everyone is looking for the incredible secret of how to sell a million books. Well, a good start would be hard work. Yes, you've already poured your heart and soul into writing a book taking months, maybe even years to get your story down on paper. (Actually, I know a few people who write what they call a book in about a week. I call someone like that a "puppy mill author". Quantity is not a substitute for quality. people!) Okay, where was I? ... ... Oh yes, you've already written your best seller, and maybe even found a publisher, so what comes next? How do you get copies of your masterpiece to fly off the shelves? I'll help you out and give you a few ways to get started:
     1. People won't buy your book if the don't know about it, so you've got to figure         out ways to let people know all about your wonderful book and where they can                 get it. If you're like me, you're broke and really need to find ways to get the                     word out for free. Luckily there are ways to do that!
      A. Start your own blog. And don't start whining with the excuse, "but I don't               know how to do that!". If you've written a book, then you know how to                           write. Find a nice website like blogger.com and follow a few directions. If                       you're still confused, look up blogging on youtube.com. Trust me, you can                         find an explanation to just about anything there!
      B. Use facebook.com and maybe create a fan page. This is a simple thing. If               you're confused about how to get going with this, find and talk to another                       author who has a fan page. Hell, email me at lvyoyo@aol.com and ask me                       to walk you through it. I'm always happy to help! (And help out other                               authors if they ask you, because you never know when you might need                             help yourself!) Here's a big tip for when you do this: Create it as an                                 "Author" fan page and promote yourself as a writer. Then when you write                         more stuff you can promote it using the fan page. And don't just push the                         book, people don't want to look at a fan page that's constantly posting                             "YOU SHOULD BUY MY NEW BOOK, HERE'S THE LINK!". Post pictures of                             yourself at your computer, write something about your day, show off a                           picture of the stuff you dug out of a dumpster to eat because you have no                       money for food because no one buys your books! ... ... Okay yes, that last                       one was a joke.
      C. Get yourself on YouTube. Create your own YouTube channel, or find                     someone who already has one and ask them nicely if they will post a                               video of you, or maybe something about your books. I have my own                               channel and have posted a few videos about books recently, and I'm                               usually happy to help anyone who wants a promotional hand. I'm quickly                           learning to work with a green screen background and am actually getting                         pretty good at it! Example:

Bob's Books: Footworks, A Bus Driver's Journal

I happened to see a post on Twitter by this author and offered to make a
video for him.He was thrilled! which brings me to the next tip.
    D. Get on Twitter. I don't post on twitter.com as much as I should. Learn what             you can about hashtags (that would be one of these things #) and use them.                       And don't just tweet every month or so when you remember, get in the                           habit of tweeting all the time. If you get enough followers and tweet                               enough things, people will notice! (I'm one of the idiots who tweets every                       month or so... maybe. *chuckle*
    E. Become a review hunter. I've written a number of book and product                         reviews on amazon.com and ever once in a while I get a friendly email                             from someone asking if I would mind reviewing their book. They're usually                       very nice and offer to send me a free digital copy of their book if I want                         one. (To be honest, don't ask me to review your book at the moment. I'm                         up to my ass with college classes trying to learn all about Microsoft Word,                         Excel, and Power Point and computer repair. I don't have the time to read                       and review right now. When I have time things may change, though.) Look                       up books on Amazon  that are int he same genre as your book and then                             email someone who did a review for the books you find and ask politely if                       they would mind reviewing your book. Sometimes this may backfire                                 because the person won't like your book and will slam you with a one star                         review. Be prepared for that. Hustle reviews from friends and family. Try                         because that always looks pretty crooked. *chuckle* The more reviews a                           book has, the more likely people are to buy it for some reason. Out of all                         the books I've written, the one that still sells the best (more than all of the                       other books I've written to date as a matter of fact!) has 13 one star                                 reviews. Of course it also has 9 five star reviews to go along with that. for                       whatever reason I still sell a total of about 40 copies a month without much                       promotion at all.

So there you have it, ways to get your book selling. Use combinations of the things I just told you about. If there is a YouTube video about your book, or you as an author, post it on your Facebook page AND tweet the link to the video. Post the links to your Twitter account and Facebook page on your blog. Blog about how confused you were trying to use Twitter to promote your book. Make a video about how confused you are about blogging. *chuckle* Okay, I'm getting out of control now. Basically, use the digital world to get yourself noticed. That's the real secret to selling a million books, you get a million people to notice your work.

And so my guest post ends here. I'll be a good boy and post my info and a few book buy links in case anyone is interested. I don't have an author page, I'm a lazy author. *chuckle* and if you have any questions feel free to email me and ask away. Many thanks to Gretchen for allowing me this time to type out a blog post while standing on a soapbox. (It was really tough to reach the keyboard!)

Books I've written:

Kiss The Darkness A story about an Air Force Sergeant who is blinded in Afghanistan and falls in love with a nurse at the rehab hospital. Extreme themes here.
